Darkhakker

Darkhakker was the principle agent of the_shadow until adventurers killed him.

Clan Darkhakker had originally been ruled by an Orc that had bested Darkhakker's sire and taken control of the clan. Only powerful allies had prevented Darkhakker's death at the hands of the new clan lord. Instead Darkhakker survived as long as he could, gathering supporters of his sire as a body guard before eventually leaving the clan.

It is during this absence from the clan that he most likely first encountered the_shadow. The Shadow must have seen in him both the anger and drive and an unusually strong intelligence and cunning for an orc. He encouraged this and provided Darkhakker with both knowledge and magic aids to eventually help him regain clan lordship.

Unknown to the Shadow, Darkhakker was also in possession of the blade of Corean's Vigil, using it as the blade of his own sword. Aware of it's origins Darkhakker slaughtered the bodyguards who had discovered it with him in the Abandoned Mausoleum, fearing they would turn on him, or cause others of his clan to turn on him, should they realise he was prepared to use a Vigilant's weapon, a weapon of their sworn enemies.

Darkhakker led his clan to dominance using the modern fighting techniques The Shadow had taught him. Also with the Shadow's aid Darkhakker manipulated the minds of the other orc clan lords into forming an alliance and eventually attacking Clearvale.

He and his bodyguard were eventually ambushed in Corean's Throne and killed.
